1. What 5 words describe your life

Accelerating, knackering, abundant, chaotic, lucky.

2. What's something that people won't already know about you?

For about 7 years, I was obsessed by Irish Dancing. Classes, competitions, shows, took over my life and my parents’. My mum is keen to get my kids into it. I am not.

3. How many 'real' friends do you have VS your likers/followers/FB friends?

I’ve always been about quality over quantity, and I have to really LOVE someone to make the effort it takes to sustain friendships when you’re so fricking busy. I really notice where my time and energy goes when it comes to people.  I have just a few very close friends, and lots of amazing women in my wider circle who lift me up in many ways- friendship looks different to me than it did 5 years ago. But yeah- nowhere near tge amount of those followers and “friends”.

4. What makes you feel vulnerable?

Motherhood! The ambiguity of it, the relentlessness, the lack of mental and physical space, the contradictions. It’s the only area of my life where I don’t feel in control, and I struggle with it. I actively put mindset tools to work on a daily basis to cope better.

5. Do you dare to dream or do you think dreams only come true for others?

I am DEFINITELY a dreamer, and I’ve had so many elements of my dreams come to life. I try and see other people’s achievements as a demonstration of what’s possible when you work super hard and get your head in the game. I also think you’ve gotta be open minded about what living your dream life looks like- take small steps and evolve over time.

6. What one piece of advice would you give other women about life?

You are responsible for your own happiness- your circumstances needn’t define how you feel. That’s a realisation that changed my life.

7. When did you last shave your pits/legs?

At time of writing, 4 days ago, but that was first time in 2 months... its winter, after all.
